The Postage Code
The Postage Code
you are a postage worker of the Soapsdale County Post Office. your job, and your life, and (most importantly) your fate, is determined by the rules of the omniscient Postage Code and your adherence to them.
this monday, as with all mondays, you have packages to deliver. you may do what you want with them, whether that be opening the boxes to reveal their contents, or licking them, because who hasn't wondered what a box tastes like? the only rule is fairly clear: Do Not Disobey The Postage Code.
Instructions/How to Play
this game takes text input and brings up scenes based on that. some common inputs are NORTH SOUTH EAST & WEST (NSEW), along with TAKE, GET, OPEN, BUY, TALK, DELIVER, GIVE, INVENTORY (I), EXAMINE (X), LOOK AROUND, LICK, and things of the sort.
p.s. - my favorite part of text-based games are the weird things that the devs built in as easter eggs, and this game was designed with that in mind, so have fun with it :)) i have a txt file that has a list of different commands that return easter egg(ish?) things that i liked, cause some of them are fairly buried.
